Harman Professional has announced the availability of an eCommerce site at www.harmanpro.com to provide customers in the United States with a uniform, comprehensive gateway to access Harman Professional products HARMAN Professional dealers. Set to be operational on July 1, 2012 and initially featuring offerings from AKG, Crown, dbx, Lexicon, BSS, Digitech, JBL and Soundcraft. The Harman Professional eCommerce site features deep customization to address the market requirements of the portable PA and MI communities.

“One size does not fit all, and we’ve invested heavily to take a winning platform and optimize it for the needs of the retail sector and MI dealers and customers here in the United States,” explained Scott Robbins, Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Harman Professional. “In doing so, we’re providing customers with a single point of access to the best stocked, best trained, best supported dealer network in the business, and we’re providing dealers with a rational route to market to complement their existing initiatives.”

Emphasizing that the goal of the initiative is to support dealers, customers will have easy, immediate access to the best possible product pricing via the Channel Intelligence feature that provides preferred prices from dealerships that stock the relevant product.  All U.S. warranties, service and sales administration are now linked together for customers’ ease of access and benefit.
