Everybody knows that the NAMM Show in Anaheim is jam packed with product debuts…probably more of them than anyone could count. However, as Summer NAMM regains strength and becomes more of a destination show, it, too, is starting to be recognized as a prime occasion to release innovative new products. That’s why, a couple of years ago, The Music & Sound Retailer extended our “New Product Spotlight” series to the summer show, as well. And, this year, we have nearly three dozen offerings that exhibiting manufacturers tell us are being shown at Summer NAMM for the first time. Nearly all of them are new products, but we also have a couple of special programs and offers mixed in, just to spice things up.
